LEADS Board of Directors consists of eighteen-members representing the business sector, private groups, elected public officials, and residents of the neighborhoods being served.

In addition to the board of directors, community members and LEADS customers can get involved with the Pataskala Advisory Council and the Buckeye Lake Advisory Council.  In addition, Head Start chooses parent representatives from each Head Start center to be involved with the Head Start Policy Council.

These volunteer opportunities provide leadership training skills, as well as networking and community outreach.
