The PIPP Plus Program helps eligible households maintain gas and electric services by paying a percentage of their household income.  There are new changes coming to the PIPP program this year.  The program makes payments more affordable year-round and can clear PIPP debt for good paying customers.  If you are interested in the program please contact your local LEADS Center to answer any question regarding the NEW PIPP Plus Program.
